My creative practice is a fundamental part of my daily life. Art is the primary tool I use to experience the fullness of humanity and range of emotions I feel. Putting paint on a surface is pure joy to me. Wrestling with words, pictures and ideas is how I process the rage, grief and the heartbreak that comes from being an empathetic person in a sick world. The tools I use change over time but everything I make comes from the same place of intuition and belief that my creativity is valuable in and of itself, as is everyones.
